As we approach the end of Day 1, the feet are tired but the brain is still working (well, I'll let the readers be the true judges of that). The biggest thing that jumps out at me today is the sheer volume of attendees. This place is packed!
What's great too is the level of engagement that we are seeing with the folks stopping by the booth. They aren't just coming for the Rice Krispies Treats (though they are quite yummy)!
The questions people are asking show an increasing level of sophistication and focus on what matters. "How will having PPC & Email integrated help my bottomline?" "What are the key metrics I should be paying attention to in this report?" These are the things on the minds of marketers. Lucky for us, we have answers!
Another interesting thing I noted was the lack of "Web 2.0" being a dominant theme, as it was at so many shows in 2007. Does that mean we have moved to web 3.0 or are people simply tired (like me) of the term? Anxious to see what the next hot buzzword and movement will be. Speaking of buzz, which booth was serving drinks? Comments (0)
